According
to statistics, the cumulative output of titanium dioxide in China in the second
quarter of 2024 was about 1.2138 million tons, an increase of 20.63%
year-on-year, and an increase of about 207,600 tons; the top three regions in
terms of output were Sichuan with a share of 22%, Shandong with a share of 13%,
and Anhui with a share of 13%. Affected by the market, some companies reduced
production and overhauled in April and June, and the output declined. In May,
most of the companies started production at full capacity, and the output
remained high.
From
January to June 2024, the cumulative output of titanium dioxide was 2.3858
million tons, an increase of 20.93% year-on-year, and the output increased by
about 412,900 tons.
